1. Order Processing Time
All our orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days.
After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
2. Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.
We provide 2 shipping options:
STANDARD SHIPPING UK for £3.49 & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING for 11.99
The shipping methods and delivery times per region are represented below:

Returns
If notice a fault with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or a refund minus the original shipping charges.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning item(s), and for your parcel until it arrives at FullyGassed HQ
We have a 30 day returns policy from the receipt of your parcel, for an exchange or refund. Worn or used products will not be accepted unless faulty.
With all returns, please send an email to [email protected] to obtain a returns form.
Please allow 3-5 working days once the goods have reached us, to give us time to process your returns. Any returns received after 30 days, can no longer be processed.
All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order.
